A girl got her fingers trapped in a window frame while trying to get into her home.

Firefighters and paramedics were called to Hawser Road, Rochester, at 9.50pm yesterday.

She girl, whose age is unknown, was trapped by her fingers when climbing through the window after the family got locked out.

They dialled 999 but, by the time emergency services arrived, a neighbour had managed to free her.
