Missing Demi Hamilton from Gateshead, who was believed to be in Kent, has been found

A 15-year-old who went missing from her home in Gateshead has been found.

Police sent out an appeal yesterday to find Demi Hamilton.

She was last seen in Northumbria but she was believed to be travelling to Medway.
