The Longfield-based company has asked Medway Council for permission to build on land which currently includes two houses which would be demolished under the plans.

Homes of between two and five bedrooms could be built in their place, with enough spaces for 101 cars which will also include electric vehicle charging points.

Sharnal Street is also the proposed location of a new railway station connecting the peninsula to London.
