Pride in Medway Form

Time is running out if you want to nominate your unsung hero for Pride in Medway.

Nominations close tomorrow so there is still time to get a form to us. Simply print and fill in the form here.

We have had dozens of nominations telling us about those people who go the extra mile but don't get the recognition they deserve. It could be it a relative, a friend, a colleague or a neighbour.

They might have done something extremely brave or maybe you admire their dedication to their community or a particular cause.

Marathon man Jack Denness, 76, of Rochester, was the winner of the 10th anniversary awards last year.

He has run some of the world's toughest races and raised more than £100,000 for charity.

Pride in Medway is supported by Medway Council, mhs homes, the University of Kent, E.ON, Southern Water and the Medway Messenger.

You can drop forms into our office - Medway House, Sir Thomas Longley Road, Medway City Estate, Strood, ME2 4DU.
