The M2 at junction 4 for Gillingham was temporarily closed in this morning’s rush hour after a lorry and car collided.

A woman was taken to hospital with minor injuries following the accident on the London-bound carriage way at about 8.25am.

All lanes were closed for a few minutes while the vehicle was moved to the hard shoulder.
