Traffic was brought to a standstill after a three car crash on the M2.

The incident happened just after 9.10am this morning on the London-bound carriageway near Chatham between Junction 3 and Junction 2.

The carriageway was blocked after the crash, which involved a Ford Focus, a VW pickup and an Audi.

There were no reports of injuries and the motorway is now clear, following the recovery of the vehicles.
