One man was arrested for driving and drug offences after a car crash.

Two vehicles collided yesterday just before 4pm on Wednesday, August 29 near Lidsing Road, Hempstead, close to Breadhurst.

Police were called to the scene and blocked the road off.

Kent Police spokesman Vicki Foster said: "Police were called at 3.57pm to a report of a two vehicle collision.

"No serious injuries are believed to have been reported.

"One man was arrested at the scene for driving and drug offences."
