Chatham man charged with burglaries in Rochester, Sittingbourne and Folkestone

A man is due to appear in court after a spate of burglaries.

The man from Chatham was identified by police as the suspect for the offences which took place between Friday, December 6 and Friday, February 21.

The incidents happened at two businesses in Folkestone, and two businesses in Bingham Road, Sittingbourne, and another in Maidstone Road, Rochester.

Tony Jackson, 58, of Redbridge Close, Chatham, appeared at Medway Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, February 26.

He was further remanded in custody and will next appear at Canterbury Crown Court on Monday, March 30.
