Man from Hoo remanded in custody after being charged with indecent exposure in Rochester

A man has been remanded in custody after being charged with exposing his private parts in a busy high street.

Police were called to Rochester High Street on Thursday, February 20, to reports a man had been exposing himself to people.

Officers arrested Charlie Moore and later charged him with indecent exposure, assaulting an emergency worker and violent behaviour.

The 20-year old of Knights Road, Hoo, appeared before magistrates in Medway on Friday, February 21, but did not enter any pleas in relation to the charges.

He was remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday, March 20.
