Men assaulted during Craig David concert at Rochester Castle

Two men were assaulted during a disturbance at the Craig David concert at Rochester Castle last night.

Police say it happened at around 10.25pm and both victims were given medical treatment at the scene.

One of the men was later taken to hospital as a result of suffering facial injuries.

A witness, who did not want to be named, said: "I fight broke out during the encore - it was dealt with really quickly and someone was escorted away by police.

"A man looked like he had a bloody nose and was tended to by St John's Ambulance staff - it didn't look too serious but just in case I took these pictures."

No arrests have been made, but police say enquiries are ongoing and are appealing for witnesses.

A spokesman said: "Officers spoke with a numerous witnesses at the scene but remain keen to hear from anyone with information that is yet to speak with them."
