Air ambulance called to Lidsing after motorcyclist came off his bike

A motorcyclist has been hospitalised after coming off his bike.

The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance was called out to near The Harrow Inn in Lidsing Road, Lidsing, at 10.40am on Saturday.

The driver, a man in his 40s, was suffering back and rib pain.

Joined by an ambulance, paramedic car and police the man was fully conscious and treated at the scene before being taken by road to Kings College Hospital in London.

At 8.50am today two ambulances were also called out to IPS International Ltd in
Sir Thomas Longley Road, Medway City Estate.

A young man suffering with chest pain was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital.
