A communications infrastructure provider is applying for a licence to use its headquarters as an operating centre.

If approved, I&A Communications Ltd, based in Burgon House in the Medway Commercial Park in Hoo, will use the site to house 15 goods vehicles.

Owners or occupiers of land near the centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehils Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF, stating their reasons within 21 days of this notice.

A copy of representations must also be sent to the applicant at Burgon House, James Swallow Way, London Medway Commercial Park, Hoo, Rochester, Kent, ME3 9GX.
