Police probe arson attack on car

A car is thought to have been deliberately set alight in Rochester last night.

Strood fire fighters were called to the scene of the fire under the railway bridge in Blue Boar Lane at 10.45pm.

Police are investigating the blaze.

The fire fighters from White Watch were at the scene for 40 minutes.

Emergency railway engineers were also called to the scene to check no structural or signal box damage had occured.

However, no damage had been caused
