Rochester: Police want to talk to this man following robbery in Borstal

Footage of a suspected robber has been released after a man was robbed at knifepoint.

The victim, in his 40s, accepted a lift from the suspect after being approached outside a bus stop in Strood High Street.

Together, the pair walked to the Aldi car park in Friary Place, got into a car and travelled to Borstal Road.

Once there, the suspect reportedly stopped the vehicle, threatened the victim with a knife and demanded money.

The victim is said to have handed over cash and left the car.

The incident happened between 8pm and 8.30pm on September 22.

The vehicle the suspect was driving was a blue hatchback car with four doors.
