CCTV image of a man wanted in connection to a sexual assault in Chatham

A CCTV image of a man who may have important information on a sexual assault in Chatham has been released by police.

The victim, a woman in her 20s, was inappropriately touched near the Sir Thomas Waghorn memorial in Railway Street in the town centre.

Officers believe the man in the CCTV image could have important information that could help them investigate the incident between midnight and 1am on Tuesday March 5.
