Rail commuters were warned of delays of up to 50 minutes and some cancellations this morning between Chatham and Dartford.

Southeastern said it was due to signalling problem between Higham and Gravesend.

London Underground are accepting tickets for reasonable routes.

The problem is with a set of points at Hoo Junction - the freight depot between Higham and Gravesend.

The delays appear to have cleared.
