Firefighters spent almost six hours at a barn fire in Allhallows this afternoon.

Three fire engines were sent to Binney Road at 2.30pm and found 80 tonnes of baled straw were alight.

As well as tackling the blaze, crews also worked hard to protect surrounding buildings.
