As Storm Dennis rages on and Kent braces for more flooding, here's how the Medway Towns are being affected.

The weather conditions battered the county over the weekend with strong winds and heavy rainfall.

Last night emergency RNLI crews were called out to St Mary's Island to rescue a naked man from his rowing boat which was caught up in stormy conditions.

Today, the petrol station at Asda, in Maidstone Road, Chatham, has been closed for an indefinite amount of time after being "knocked out" due to thunder and lightning.

A staff member said: "Our team is working on it at the moment and it will be open again, but we don't know when."

The Met Office has issued a a number of warnings for heavy rain.

Chief meteorologist for the weather service said: "While the heaviest rain has cleared from Northern Ireland and Scotland, England and Wales will continue to see heavy rain on Sunday, with a risk of severe flooding in places."
