It's the noise that's been driving Kent mad - but a caller to kmfm has finally identified The Kent Sound.

Richard Rayfield from Chatham called Breakfast with Garry and Emma this morning and correctly guessed the sound as being the water fountain at Bluewater.

He wins the £1,800 prize, which he is now planning to use for a holiday.

The prize pot has been mounting up for weeks as caller after caller failed to guess the noise correctly - even after we gave two big clues.

Richard said he had been helped with the guess by his girlfriend Jodie and described the winning feeling as 'amazing.'
