Trains through Kent are facing serious disruption this evening after a passenger was taken ill.

Southeastern tweeted to say a passenger had fallen ill on a train at Rochester, delaying several services behind it.

Passengers were left waiting on platforms for services to resume, but Southeastern now say the line has reopened.

Disruption is expected into the evening however.
