Two men charged with theft of motor vehicle

Two men have been charged with theft of a motor vehicle.

They allegedly attempted to pull a Peugeot 406 onto a white low-loader truck in Deanwood Drive, Rainham.

Jason Tannerhill, 39, of Redbank, Leybourne, and Anthony Paul Bishop, 39, of Miller Close, Kemsley, appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on 10 April.

Tannerhill was remanded into custody and Bishop was released on bail, both are again due to appear at the same court tomorrow (April 21).
