Your bumper Friday edition of the Medway Messenger is in the shops now – with all the latest news, views, entertainment and sport.

In our front page report, Gills chairman Paul Scally has warned more of the club’s games could be in danger of being called off or played in front of an empty stadium after a row with over policing costs for this Saturday’s game with Swindon.

We have got a special report on the shooting in Gillingham last Friday which left two men seriously injured.
