Harinder Sall, of Valley Drive, Gravesend, charged over alleged incident on Wainscott bypass

A 47-year-old man has been charged after allegedly driving the wrong way down a road towards a police car.

Harinder Sall was arrested early Sunday on suspicion of dangerous driving and drink-driving.

A police spokesman said officers stopped a Ford Focus at 4.15am which is said to have been poorly driven on the Wainscott bypass in Medway.

Sall, of Valley Drive, Gravesend, was later charged and bailed to attend Medway Magistrates’ Court on February 26.

Police posted a photo of the car they stopped.
