Reacting to Saturday’s 2-0 defeat at Barnsley, German defender Ehmer said: “We weren’t up to the standards that we have set ourselves this year but it is always good when we have a Tuesday game to turn it around.

“We’re back at home where we have won all of our games. We are confident going into the game of getting a result.

“We have characters in our dressing room and I am confident we will turn it around back at home and get a result on Tuesday.

“Very rarely does a team go through the season unbeaten, especially in League 1 level, it was always going to be happen but now can we pick ourselves up?

“Fleetwood are a decent team, they are all tough game, but we are confident if we play to our standards of getting a result, home or away. Saturday wasn’t that.”
