Hat-tricks from Elliot Andrews and Anthony Lennon were the highlights of Invicta Dynamos' final regular season game on Sunday.

A severely weakened ENIHL South 1 champions cruised past bottom side Haringey Greyhounds 8-3 in a double points encounter.

Despite icing without suspended imports Martin Melichercik and Milan Kostolny, injured quartet Tim Smith, Andy Smith, AJ Smith and Damian Welch, and with Adam Copland and Jamie Dancey taking infrequent shifts due to knocks, the home side powered into a 4-1 lead during the first period.

Andrews (2), Karl Lennon and Lawrence Billing were on target in the opening 20 minutes, before Anthony Lennon (3) and Andrews completed the rout, which included three assists for Jack Tarczycki and four for Anthony Leone.

With the regular season at an end, Kevin Parrish’s side can look forward to the play-offs, with the club expecting to hear by Wednesday whether it’s Cardiff or Streatham they will face in the southern semi-finals.

Top points scorer Kostolny will be available again after finishing his ban, with fellow Slovak Melichercik left with two games to serve.
