Motorcyclist taken to hospital after crash in New Church near Romney Marsh

A motorcyclist was left in a serious condition in a London hospital after a crash with a car.

The incident happened in Newchurch in Romney Marsh this afternoon.

Police were called at 1.03pm following a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorcycle.

There were reports of traffic delays in the area as the road was partially blocked in both directions.
