A row of five parked cars were vandalised in Lydd High Street causing hundreds of pounds in damage.

Hundreds of pounds worth of damage has been caused to a row of five parked cars.

They were vandalised in Lydd High Street overnight last Thursday and Friday.

Louts had kicked the vehicles and smashed their wing mirrors.

Police are appealing for information and a spokesman said; “Witnesses have reported hearing voices in the road at around midnight and it is though this was when the damage was caused.”

Officer want to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious overnight. The span of time for these offences is being given as 7pm to 8am.
