Two taken to hospital after crash on Dymchurch Road

Two people have been taken to hospital following a crash.

Paramedics confirmed they called following reports of an accident on Dymchurch Road at 5.30pm yesterday.

Two patients, one male and one female, were assessed and treated before being taken to William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.

A police spokesman said: "Police were called to a report of a two-vehicle collision on Dymchurch Road in Hythe at 5.24pm on Thursday, January 4.

"Officers attended the scene where one lane was closed until the vehicles were recovered at around 7.30pm."

Their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
