Urgent police appeal to find vulnerable 76-year-old woman last seen near Jefferstone Lane, St Mary’s Bay on Romney Marsh

Police are appealing for information after a vulnerable pensioner was reported missing.

Lorna Jeffrey was last seen at around 9pm yesterday in the area of Jefferstone Lane, St Mary’s Bay, on Romney Marsh.

The 76-year-old is described as being of slim build, around 5ft 3ins tall, with grey hair and glasses.

She is believed to be wearing a brown full-length coat, green jumper, green skirt, black shoes and may be carrying a brown handbag.

Officers are concerned for Ms Jeffrey’s welfare and are urging anyone who has seen her or knows where she is to contact them.
