Police issue e-fit after attempted burglary in St Mary's Bay

A would-be burglar who damaged a front door fled from a house empty-handed after spotting someone inside.

Police have released a computer-generated image of a suspect they want to track down following the attempted burglary in Laurel Avenue, St Mary’s Bay.

Police have released a CGI of the suspect (18550829)

The incident happened at about 1.45pm on Monday, September 2.

The front door of the property was damaged but nothing was stolen.

Officers want anyone who recognises the man to call 01843 222289.
