The air ambulance landed after a crash involving several vehicles which partially closed the A21 at Sevenoaks.

The incident happened around 1.45pm on the southbound carriageway at the A25 Westerham Road turn off. Conflicting reports suggest between two and four vehicles were involved.

A male whose age is not yet known was taken to hospital by road.

There are no reports of any other injuries or entrapments. Two fire engines, police and paramedics were spotted at the scene.

The carriageway has now reopened but delays continue.
