A Costa Coffee has reopened after a car ploughed into its front window, killing a 74-year-old woman on Christmas Eve.

Staff and members of the public marked the reopening of the Westerham branch yesterday with a minute silence in memory of Valerie Deakin.

The mother-of-two was sitting in the shop's window with her daughter and best friend when a black Audi, driven by an 88-year-old man, crashed through the glass.
