Sevenoaks-based Aquaoaks Artistic Swimming Club win double gold at National Swim England Artistic Swimming Combo Cup

Aquaoaks Artistic Swimming Club enjoyed two golden moments at the National Swim England Artistic Swimming Combo Cup.

The Sevenoaks-based club took the titles in the Division 1 9-12 category and the 13-15 years category events.

The Aquaoaks squad that won gold in the 13-15 category at the National Swim England Artistic Swimming Combo Cup

Abigail White, Angelina Bezuidenhout, Betty Black, Fleur Kirk, Gemma Grobbelaar, Immy Brand, Lucy Sadler, Sarah Fitz-Gerald and Stanley Stiff landed the first gold.

The group were taking part in the 13-15 year competition.

More success followed as Ava Terry, Bonnie Campbell, Charlotte Ryan, Emily Newton, Evelyn Fornasier, Imogen Strand, Lauren Copp, Tabitha Tolhurst, Sofia Spencer and Zoe Moore won gold in the 9-12 class.

In an incredibly close event, the 9-12s won gold by just 0.0667 points, beating City of Salford.
