Man collapsed in Aldi supermarket car park Sheerness

Emergency services were called to the Aldi supermarket in Sheerness this morning when a shopper collapsed in the car park.
Fire crews arrived to give first aid.
A paramedic car and then an ambulance arrived. Police were also present.
An eye-witness said crews spent up to 40 minutes trying to resuscitate the man on the ground before he was put into the back of the ambulance.
A police spokesman said: "Kent Police responded to a report of a medical incident in Millennium Way, Sheerness at 9.52am. Officers attended the scene with South East Coast Ambulance Service."
The ambulance was still in the car park at 11.30am.
