Man taken to King's College Hospital, London, after crash in Marine Parade, Sheerness

A man was taken to a London hospital after a car reportedly crashed into the sea wall in Sheerness.

Police, an ambulance and paramedic car attended the accident outside Seabreeze Caravan Park in Marine Parade, Sheerness, at about 11.45pm last night.

They were later joined by a team from the Kent Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance.

The car had reportedly spun on the road and collided with the sea wall.

There were two patients who were treated at the scene.

An Air Ambulance report stated a male passenger was taken to King’s College Hospital in London by road with stomach, leg and hand injuries.
