Caravan fire in Bell Farm Lane, Minster

A caravan has been destroyed after a large fire in Minster on the Isle of Sheppey.

The static home was engulfed by flames in Bell Farm Lane yesterday evening.

Crews in four fire engines rushed to the scene at around 8.30pm and arrived to find the caravan "fully alight".

They used a compressed air foam system and a hose reel jet to douse the flames.

No one was injured.

Crews left the scene at around 9.40pm.
