A Sheerness fire crew was called to reports of rubbish alight near Tesco this morning.

One crew attended the small fire at 11.50am.

Rubbish scattered around near a hedged off seating area in Sheerness had been set on fire.

Crews were able to distinguish the blaze quickly.
