A mystery man has been filmed falling off the back of a truck on the Isle of Sheppey.

The man, who appears to be drunk, was videoed stumbling along the Halfway Road outside the entrance to Sheerness Holiday Park.

As he reaches the entrance one of the park's trucks emerges and turns right into the busy main road.

As it does, the man lunges at the back of the truck and hangs on for dear life.

But his grip isn't strong enough and as the truck turns, the man is thrown off into the gutter and into the path of another vehicle.

The video was posted on the Isle of Sheppey neighbourhood watch Facebook page earlier this afternoon by Rachel Blackstock and has already chalked up many hits.

Rachel said: "If anyone knows this guy ... I think he may have a little bit of a drink problem ... and maybe a sore knee . ... just watch out if you're driving that way. He's on and off the path .... #onlyonsheppey"
