Around 20 police cars called to disturbance in Leysdown

Around 20 police cars were said to have been called out to a huge clash in Leysdown.

The police cars, one fire engine, an ambulance and a paramedic car were said to be called out to the incident in Leysdown last night.

A forensic van and unmarked police car were also said to have attended the disturbance, which started at Eastern Road at 7.45pm last night.

The group are then believed to have moved to The Promenade.

One man was taken to hospital with a head injury.

Three men from Leysdown arrested on suspicion of assault and remain in police custody.
