At least one person has been hurt in a two-car crash at a junction this evening.

The accident involving a red Ford Fiesta happened at junction of Halfway Road with Power Station Road, Halfway, just before 8pm.

Police and an ambulance were called to the scene.

A police spokesman said: "Officers are currently in attendance and the ambulance has also been called."
