A 17-year-old was taken to hospital after his car went into a ditch yesterday (Tuesday) evening.

The accident, involving a black Ford Fiesta, happened along Lower Road, Brambledown, at around 6.15pm.

A doctor and critical care paramedic were called at 6.22pm and took 29 minutes to arrive at the scene where the patient had suffered minor head injuries.
