Four teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of burglary.
A 14-year-old boy, a 15-year-old boy and two 18-year-old men are being questioned at Sittingbourne police station.
The arrests come after a series of crimes across Sheerness, including a house which was broken into in Berridge Road, Sheerness, last Wednesday.
Investigating officer, Detective Inspector Kris Hill of tactical crime investigation in Mid Kent, said: “After identifying this series of burglaries as a potential problem for Sheerness, we ploughed extra resources into the area to respond accordingly.
“All four suspects were arrested by a police patrol shortly after the incident.”
