Engineers are testing the traffic lights at the Halfway Houses junction.

They have been there for a few hours this morning to check the sequences.

This has led to the lights being out intermittently while they are worked on.

Witnesses reported seeing a few near misses.

Kent Highways says engineers are still on the scene.
