White Horse take the honours at the Sheppey Sunday League pre-season tournament

White Horse

White Horse won the Sheppey Sunday League pre-season tournament for the second time in its three-year history on Sunday.

The Horse B side (pictured) beat The Goat A 4-0 in the final at the home of Sittingbourne Football Club.

The White Horse side claimed the honours in a tournament that consisted of 40 teams as 500 spectators watched the action.

League secretary Mark Rogers said: “We were really pleased how well the tournament went. It was good to see so many people coming out to support the league and have a really enjoyable day.
