A woman accused of urinating on the floor of a special educational needs school has failed to turn up at court for a second time.

Angela Williams, of Clover Close, Minster, allegedly relieved herself in front of pupils and parents at Meadowfield School, Swanstree Avenue, Sittingbourne, on November 5.

The 44-year-old was due to face a charge of outraging public decency at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

But she did not appear, and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

On January 6, Williams pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly and assaulting police officer PC Jason Weedon on the same day.

The case had previously been scheduled for February when she also did not appear.
