Sittingbourne train station scene of monkey wrench attack

A 15-year-old boy was beaten with a monkey wrench at Sittingbourne train station by an unknown attacker.

Police were called to the incident at 3.40pm on Thursday, January 29.

The victim described the man as white, 5 ft 10, of slim build, in his late teens and carrying a yellow sports bag.

A British Transport Police spokesman said: If anyone has information on this incident, they should contact us on 0800 405040 quoting crime reference 350 of 29 January. You can also text us, on 61016."
