Two men have been bailed after they were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to
supply drugs.

The arrests came after officers from the Sittingbourne Neighbourhood Team and Tactical Support Group raided a property at Bayford Court, Crown Quay Lane on the morning of Monday, July 20.

Class A and Class B drugs (herbal cannabis) were discovered along with a Taser gun and a quantity of cash. The men, aged 25 and 28, have been bailed until September 30.

PC Jason Hedges, who led the operation, said: “It’s important the public and criminals know we are taking this action against people breaking the law. We don’t want drugs in Sittingbourne.”
