British Transport Police release CCTV images of a man who got off a train at Sittingbourne or Teynham after a woman was sexually assaulted

British Transport Police have released images of a man they want to speak with following a sexual assault on a train.

A 21-year-old woman boarded a carriage at Bromley South and fell asleep in her seat. She woke up to see a man touching her between her legs.

He got up and left the train either at Sittingbourne or Teynham.

The incident happened on Thursday, December 4, between 11.40pm and 12.45am.

Investigating officer Ed Salusbury-Trelawny said: “I am keen to speak to the man in the CCTV image, to assist with our inquiries.”
