Police and paramedics called to home in A2 Canterbury Road, Sittingbourne

Emergency services have descended on a home after they were called to a medical emergency.

Police and paramedics are currently at the scene in Canterbury Road, Sittingbourne.

They were called shortly after 8.30am to the incident and remain at the scene.

It is understood about three ambulances and at least one police car are parked near the home.

A police spokesperson said: "Kent Police officers are assisting South East Coast Ambulance Service with a medical incident at a property in Canterbury Road, Sittingbourne, following a phone call at 8.33am on Saturday, December 18. Officers remain at the scene."
