New home sought for Staffordshire bull terrier cross found abandoned near Milton Regis recreation ground

This female Staffordshire bull terrier-cross is hoping to find a home after she was found near Milton Regis recreation ground, at about 3pm on Sunday.

Vets at Wellpets in Milton Regis diagnosed demodectic mange, which is now being treated and being cared for by Jasmil Kennels in Upchurch.

Tim Oxley, Swale council’s animal control officer, said: “It looks like she's had the skin condition for a long time. We’re not sure how old she is but it looks like she's had pups, although not recently.”
